We are currently seeking an Administrative assistant/ Bookkeeper with experience managing accounts receivable.
–Entering daily cash and credit card sales
–Data entry and maintaining accounting file system–Assisting in monthly reconciliation
–Other bookkeeping task as needed, potentially including assisting in Accounts Payable and fielding questions from vendors–Managing office emails
–Ordering supplies and packaging material
–On–boarding for new employees
–Maintaining store's online shop and social media pages
–Distributing mail and other misc. office duties as needed
Part time, flexible hours
Helpful to have some past experience in a small retail environment
At least 1 years of experience using QuickBooks, and Excel required as well as computer literacy
