Pricing Actuary

Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Savings Pricing Actuary to join their team in Edinburgh, for a 12 month FTC opportunity.

Accountabilities will include:
* Developing, implementing & monitoring workplace saving pensions strategy across various segments.
* Focussing on commercials and proposing competitive pricing solution, whether looking at new business or existing business.
* Building and maintaining solid working relationships with the Technical pricing team, ensuring the sales pricing tool is fit for purpose.
* Being a credible source of financial analysis and insight through monthly routines and adhoc deep dives into key commercial drivers focused around pricing.

* You'll be a Qualified Actuary, ideally within the Life & Pensions sectors of UK Financial Services.
* You have a well-developed commercial understanding of the Corporate Pensions market place and your analytic and Excel skills are part of your core strengths.
* You'll also have well-honed influencing and engagement skills, and be a confident relationship builder, able to communicate effectively at all levels. You'll relish the opportunity to build on your existing experience in this key role within our team.
