Senior Manager, Regional Finance Transformation

As the APAC HQ, their Hong Kong office has always been a driving force for various strategic initiatives that drives the overall operations efficiency and performance across their APAC operations. With a stable yet year-on-year growth, they have increasing needs in ensuring that the company's operations and growth are in alignment with the strategic direction. As a result, they are now looking for a Senior Manager with a key focus on finance transformation in the region.


about the role

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Head of Operations, you will take an anchoring role in driving the various finance transformations initiatives for the company. Your coverage will be ranging from the overall finance strategy, large scale finance process and organisation redesign, shared services implementation, finance performance management, including the strategic planning on the setting up of shared service center and taking the project lead role in driving the overall process and execution.

You will be actively developing project approaches to drive and implement the various initiatives. Taking the role of the project lead, you will also be liaising with the various stakeholders, as well as the formulation of the project task force to ensure that the projects will be completed on time and with a close monitoring over the budget.


skills and experience required

* 8+ years of solid experience in handling finance transformation projects, with at least 5 years working in consultancies/advisory firms doing similar role
* A well-rounded person who can demonstrate the technical skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent presentation skills, assertive, confident and with a strong ability in influencing and convincing others
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
* Professional accounting and finance qualifications (CPA, HKICPA, CFA, etc.)
