* Chasing and Checking invoices
* Resolving supplier disputes
* Processing payments and receipts from customers
* General administration duties e.g. archiving and shredding
* Filing
* Delegated tasks from the Finance Manager
Individual
* Excellent numeracy and written skills
* Able to self manage and motivate
* Organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Team player attitude
