Finance Manager

I have been retained by my charitable sector client to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Manager within the organisation on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of 3 including payroll and financial accounting
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within various teams across the organisation
- Supporting other areas of the business in order to ensure they are operating in the most efficient way and provide them with reporting and forecasting to assist them
- Ensure robust financial control across the organisation.

In order to be successful it is essential to have the following:

- Strong people management experience
- An accounting qualification or be qualified by experience
- Liaising with non-finance professionals on a daily basis
- A proven ability to influence decision making
- Ability to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A strong background of managing multiple complex projects.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £34,000-£40,000 in addition to a competitive benefits package and the ability to play a key part in the continued success of the organisation.
