Due to expansion Reed Accountancy are presently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for a UK leading specialist import business based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be joining an established accounts team.

Key Duties:
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Processing purchase invoices up to 200 per month
  • Processing cheque runs
  • Process BACS payments
  • Reconcile company bank accounts
  • Work closely with other members of the finance team

Attributes Required:
  • Previous experience working in an accounts team
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of Sage 50
  • AAT knowledge would be an advantage
  • Solid communication skills
