My client are a medium sized Automotive company who have a global presence. Their products and services are internationally renowned and are contstantly looking to grow in different countries. They have a UK head office in Harrow and are looking for a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk to own this function for them and process multi currency invoices. This person will need to liase with people all over the globe so good communication skills both written and verbal are essential and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Reporting into a hands on Finance Director
• Owning the whole Accounts Payable Function solely
• Matching and coding invoices
• Dealing with supplier invoices
• Multi currency invoice processing
• Dealing with queries
• Chasing suppliers
• Carrying out a monthly payment run
• Liasing with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Ad hoc reporting
