This position will be part of a dynamic team driving the growth and success of our company and will work directly with the FounderCEO. Qualifications Must be a leader Self–Starter to create and execute plans for the company that support 120VC s Mission, Purpose, and Growth Plans. Finance Degree from four–year College or University CPA license. 2+ yearsrsquo experience in Professional Services business management finance for an IT Services firm. Must not require management, capable of teaming with and leading the CEOFounder and the rest of the team members in the company. Must have a deep desire to grow a small–medium sized company into a billion–dollar brand by 2029. Must have an utterly fierce resolve, wrapped in authentic humility, aimed at an undaunted ambition for the company to succeed, whatever it takes. Responsibilities Define and drive the year–over–year growth strategy to achieve the 2029 objective. Define and drive the financial strategy to ensure year over year profitability growth. Perform the day–to–day activities of accounts payable, invoicingbilling, expense reporting, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general entity accounting, and cost accounting with accuracy and a high level of productivity. Oversee all aspects of the Professional Services Teams Ensure an extremely high degree of client satisfaction. Define and execute all aspects of Human Resources. Manage contracts and legal requirements to ensure compliance and profitability. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation anticipating future legislation enforcing adherence to requirements filing financial reports advising management on needed actions. Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate an appropriate credit resource under highly competitive terms. Drive the development and economic evaluation of various fringe benefit programs for 120VC Team Members.
