The company is a leading US multinational in the Consumer Goods industry.
Reporting directly to the Regional CFO for APAC region and dotted to the APAC President, you will be leading a team in driving all monthly reporting, costs analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the region. As a key business partner to the Senior Management and Commercial Heads, you will provide strategic and tactical analysis to drive business growth and profitability while improving the costs efficiencies of the business. You will also manage the treasury functions and all banking relationships. As a finance lead, you will look at special projects on process improvements, research and compile information from various systems and sources and recommend insightful improvements to senior management.
You are a Degree qualified CA/CPA, with at least >15 years of accounting or finance experience. You should have ideally started in a Big 4 accounting firm and later progressed with a US multinational. You possess strong technical accounting skills in US GAAP and a strong grasp of SOX compliance. Having knowledge with ERP systems is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills would also be essential for working with a wide range of stakeholders with different cultural background. Candidates with experience working overseas will be highly advantageous. The successfully candidate should be able to thrive well in a growing organisation with a lean and matrix structure; being hands-on, resilient and open-minded.
