FINANCE ASSISTANT 1 YEAR CONTRACT - BASED IN DUBLIN 4 SALARY:27K Main duties and responsibilities include administration within the following functions  Financial accounting including accounts payable and receivable functions including credit control.  Supplier payments, expense payments, petty cash, direct debits and bank lodgements.  Purchase order management.  Professional Subscriptions billing, collection and account management.  Customer service, dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls, queries, emails and general administration duties.  Other related ad hoc duties and project work. Desired skills and experience  At least 2 years' experience gained as part of the finance function in a similar busy commercial environment.  A third level business, finance or accounting qualification desirable.  SAGE 50 experience or similar accounting package desirable.  Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.  The ability to work on one's own initiative while also being a good team player.  Must be highly organised, forward thinking and strategy driven  Possess an excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite; particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT: FIONA RALPH AT GHL RECRUITMENT 016610911
