A brilliant opportunity for a recent finance graduate/AAT studier looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be working closely with a qualified accountant where you will be supporting with accounting duties.

Client Details

A well-known brand within the Leicestershire area. Due to business growth they are now seeking to add an accounts assistant to their finance team.

Description

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including;

  • To analyse and report financial information for a variety of different stakeholders
  • Support in delivery of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support preparation of period end accounts, and provide analysis on costs
  • Assist with reconciliation process
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

    • Profile

    The successful candidate will have previous commercial exposure in all-round accounting functions so that they can assist and support the team in all aspects of the accounts function.

    You will also need to possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ideally accounting qualifications will be advantageous in this role although not a necessity however it is vital that you are a self starter who has lots of initiative and possess a strong work ethic, always striving for success.
