Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services (IARCS) provides a range of corporate governance advisory, enterprise risk management, internal auditing and controls compliance services built upon our clear understanding of business issues and opportunities. We help our clients optimize their risk management, control and governance processes to manage risks while identifying and pursuing important opportunities to enhance business.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as engagement-in-charge, leading a small engagement team in delivering the services contracted for.
• Support business development activities such as client management, proposal writing and presentation

Requirements:

• A degree or a professional qualification in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ work experience in relevant service areas
• Ambitious, mature and business-minded, in particular the ability to keep abreast with contemporary industry issues, with strong leadership and high ethical standards
• A self-starter and must be a team player
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• High analytical and rationalization ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• A post graduate qualification, e.g. CIA, CCSA, CRMA, MBA will be an added advantage
