Tax Associate - (Mobay ) THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION PREFERRED CANDIDATES HAVE RECENTLY STARTED THEIR CAREER AND ARE IN THE 21-26 AGE GROUP S uitably qualified, competent and highly motivated professionals are invited to apply for the position of Tax Associate IV in our tax practice, working from the Montego Bay Office . The successful individual will be required to work within a structured client service process and a proven risk-management methodology. This opportunity offers significant growth potential and career development. The Tax Associate will assist in tax compliance, analysis and advice for a diverse range of clients in a wide variety of industries. The ideal candidate will: have a B.Sc (First class or upper second class) honours degree in Accoun ting or Taxation and/or professional accounting qualification; AND/OR pursuing ACCA Level II 1- 2 years experience in taxation compliance and advisory services, preferable in Jamaican or UK tax, with the Revenue Department or a Taxation Services practice; be computer literate and have strong analytical skills; have good human relation skills and be able to relate well with people at all levels, whether as a member of a team or as a team leader; and have effective verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, organisational and prioritization skills have the ability to follow procedures, demonstrated attention to detail, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
