This vacancy will be for a permanent member of staff to join a leading tier 1 automotive manufacturer based in the Llanelli area.

Your role would be to support the effective, accurate and timely operation of the payroll function within the company and to provide accurate monthly reports to division.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:-

* Operation of an accurate monthly payroll for the company, circa 500 people.

* Maintain T&A data, changes and amendments to system, ensuring accuracy at all times.

* Administration of group personal pension scheme/auto enrolment.

* Make payments and reconcile all documentation to the online pension provider.

* Maintain and produce end of year P11d’s for staff benefits in kind.

* Generate P60’s.

* Maintenance of PAYE settlement agreements and HMRC exemptions.

* To actively support the planning and administration of Payroll improvement projects working with stakeholders from different levels and functions within the business.

* Liaise with the finance departments around the Group to find the most efficient methods of providing required employment cost information.

* Develop and deliver training programmes for T&A users and payroll processes.

Experience Required:-

* At least a level 4 qualification in a payroll related subject.

* Experience of working in a payroll function in a high volume manufacturing environment.

* Sound knowledge of PAYE, RTI, Statutory payments, salary sacrifice, pensions, auto enrolment and employee benefits in kind.

* Experience of working with SAP systems.

* Experience of T&A Systems, preferably Crown.

* Experience of paying circa 500 employees.
