Management Accountant - Are you a part qualified or qualified CIMA accountant? Spider. Working in a busy office in Haverhill the key focus of this role will be to run all aspects of the accounts function up to and including producing the management accounts each month.Other responsibilities include - Running accounts department and producing the monthly management accountsAnalysis of profit and cost variances to budgetRunning all aspects of payrollManaging overseas payments and controlling deposits and advance paymentsCash management including forecastingOverseeing invoice processingCash receipting and allocationCredit controlProcessing payments for authorisation by DirectorsSupervising the accounts assistantJob and departmental profit analysisMonthly VAT returnsBank reconciliationsAd-hoc tasks for Senior Managers and DirectorsAdministration and other duties relevant to the role The ideal candidate will possess the following skills - Discretion required due to nature of the roleExcellent communication skillsConfident in using Microsoft ExcelExperience working in a fast moving busy office environmentAbility to work to deadlines, quickly and accurately under pressureFlexible and adaptableACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualifications are desirable but not essential This is a full time position working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. A salary of £35,000 is on offer as well as 28 days holiday including bank holidays (appropriate days must be kept for Christmas shut down).
