Providing finance and accountancy services to the Organisation. You will play a lead role in the management accounting reporting, preparation of the annual budget, annual business plan, regulatory and statutory compliance and returns.

Key responsibilities:Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts
Lead the annual preparation of the rolling five-year forecast
Assist in the preparation of the financial Business Plan
Be the Finance lead for development scheme appraisal & programme reporting
Preparation of Regulatory Returns to the Regulator of Social Housing
Provide effective line management and leadership
The successful candidate will be:ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with strong post qualification experience.
Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, etc.
Experience of preparing budgets, management accounting reporting and business planning.
Experienced in managing people
Advanced excel and modelling skills
Experience in finance accounting systems and business processes and controls.
Previous experience within the social housing sector.
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience and a generous benefits package
