Description
The key responsibility for the CRM Manager is to create, implement and measure contact strategies using Salesforce and an integrated ESP (Dotdigital). You will create a single customer view, manage data, and nurture and prospect client relationships.

Profile
Ambitious and experienced CRM Manager with Salesforce experienceEasily adapt and commercially minded with a focus on customer acquisition2-3 years hands-on experienceUnderstand how CRM fits in to the bigger business pictureCreative minded, a good judge of quality and effective contentExperience in an integrated marketing teamSalesforce and email marketing essentialData, Tech and CMS savvyAbility to travel freely, on occasion, within the EU
