Are you interested in a challenging and varied role which involves needing a commercially minded data analyst? Using your SAS skills as a Decision Science Manager, you will required to use both empirical and statistical techniques in order to improve both the company's operational efficiency's as well as customer experience.
From this you will help the Decision Science team in understanding, measuring and predicting consumer behaviour through the development of both Application and Behavioural Scorecards whilst also leading the team..

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Decision Science Manager, your predominant responsibility will be the development of both Application and Behavioural Scorecards. Using these models partnered with customer information will then allow you to make improvements within their collection and borrower retention strategies making them more efficient and effective. Other responsibilities include liaising with business stakeholders, oversight of the post implementation monitoring of all scorecards and managing the development of challenger strategies.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU?
- Experience in developing both Application and Behavioural Scorecards and willing to still be hands on.
- Expert in Credit Scoring and Statistical Modelling.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the company.
- Proven experience in a form of programming (SAS, SQL or R).
- Experience or a desire to lead a team.
