RealBee Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for our respected Lincoln client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and dynamic organisation. Responsibilities of Financial Controller Preparation of financial and management accounts.Producing daily sales forecasts.Staff supervision of a team of 4.Balance sheet reconciliations.Payroll processing and P11D's.Auto enrolment pension.Job costing and variance analysis.WIP ageing and stock reconciliations.Accruals and prepayments.Cash flow management and foreign currency variations.Taxation.Covering sales and purchase ledger when required. Requirements of Financial Controller Qualified or Part Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.Experience in a hands-on role.Experience of SAGE Accounting packages and advanced Excel skills.Confident and clear communication skills with previous experience of business partnering non-financial senior managers.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage own and staff workloads effectively.
