Finance Manager

Finance Manager - €65,000 - €75,000 depending on experience - West Dublin Our client, a privately owned global manufacturing company, headquartered in Ireland with offices globally from the Americas to Asia Pac is looking to add an experienced qualified accountant to their team. Reporting to the Head of Global Finance Role This is a newly created position to assist the Head of Global Finance.  Due to the number of projects in play there is a need for an experienced self-starter to ‘jump right in' where needed. e.g. ERP implementation - as some of the teams will be in training there will be a need for someone to feel comfortable taking up the business as usual work across financial reporting, management accounting & FP&A work. New product launches - there will be a need to look at new processes to ensure all new products are integrated across finance in a transparent & efficient manner. Business process migration - some processes will be migrated to a central team in the America's, there could be a need to fly over and help set up new processes or train staff locally. This is a great role for someone to gain exposure to every area of a business.  It will be varied and challenging but never dull.  It is an opportunity to make the role your own. Requirements Qualified accountant with 3yrs+ experience in manufacturing Self-starter who is happy to work in a structured environment but perhaps an unstructured role! Excellent communication - as you may be ‘dropped into' situations it will be key for you to ask the right questions to quickly gain an understanding of a situation Flexible approach - this is a new role, for you to shape.
