- Reviewing & Interpreting Reports, budgets, Accounts & Financial Statements
- Controlling income, Cash flow, Expenditure & Supervising financial dept.
- Staff Managing budgets, develop & manage financial systems & models Oversee Financial Dept.
- Operations, Setting Goals & Objectives & design framework for these to be met Liaise with Internal Auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of Company Finances are maintained
- Correspond with Various departments, discussing Company plans & agreeing on future paths to be taken Attends weekly meeting with CEO to discuss department workflow & any arising problems Follow up Settlement of all kinds of taxes
- Evaluate Finance department staff performance, Identifying their training needs ,performing interviews to get supporting staff when required
