Responsibilities

  • Provide rate fixing support for all revolving and term facilities across all segments under IBG3 & 4;
  • Liaise with corporate clients on rollover, drawdown, settlement and financing tenure;
  • Liaise with other backroom support units on facility roll over, scheduled repayment, break funding and crediting of fund;
  • Assist in loan documentation, facility activation and disbursement;
  • Attend to calls from internal and external clients on their queries and render assistance accordingly.
Requirements

  • Diploma holder, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in a banking environment/ branch operations;
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills;
  • Strong operational knowledge;
  • Good team player;
  • Good organising skills;
  • Good PC skills.
