Site accountant

The job holder is part of a team which supports the business in financial control and reporting. The key focus of this role is on delivery of financial reporting, ensuring the business meets reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with the Group's financial control framework.

Description

Reporting. Provide regular management reporting and analysis. Co-ordinate delivery of the budgeting and forecasting process. Continually improve quality of the quantitative and qualitative information. Use of SAP system.

Analysis. In addition to regular reporting and analysis, there will be a requirement for ad hoc analysis to support projects and strategic reviews.

Controls and compliance. Ensure compliance with the Group's financial control framework across the business. Support the standardisation and implementation of financial controls within and across units. Coordinate internal control processes and ensure that all actions are cleared on time.

Cash and Treasury. Coordinate cashflow forecasting, improving both the accuracy of the data and efficiency of the process.

Ad hoc projects. Provide support with regards to finance projects

Profile

Qualified or QBE accountant with strong reporting experience, excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to SAP
