Customer Service Advisor

My client are a leading Marketing/Technology business who are based in Borehamwood. They are going through a period of growth and are therefore looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor. This role will involve dealing with customers over the phone and answring enquiries.

Paying a salary of £21,000 - £23,000 they are looking for a local candidate to Borehamwood who ideally has experience in a similar role who is keen to progress.

Description

• Answering incoming calls from clients and customers
• Dealing with queries and sending the query to another team
• Escalating complaints
• Building a relationship with your key customers
• Reporting into a hands on Team Leader
• Build relationships with field teams to execute a strong support network
• Upselling if needed
• Ad hoc reporting

• Ideally a background in a similar Customer Service based role
• Someone living local to Borehamwood
• Good confident telephone manner
