Oracle HCM Business Analyst
We are looking for a permanent Oracle HCM BA well versed in Payroll especially, but also HR, Self Service and Benefits. The client runs version R12 and would like 5 ters overall experience specifically working hands on with HRMS suite. You will be working with the production support team, doing configurations/additions to the system once you've gathered requirements from the end users, and taking it all the way to UAT and production. No relocation assistance provided.
- 7 years working with Oracle E–business Suite applications
- 5 years working hands on with HCM/HRMS suite including Payroll (must be strong), HR, Advanced Benefits and Self–Service HR
- 5 years developing Oracle fast formulas used in Payroll and Benefits modules
- Oracle domestic payroll experience required
- Well versed in gathering requirements, documenting and configuring those requirements in the system, and seeing it all the way through UAT and production
- Well versed in data mapping with interfaces and working with the development team
