Accounts Payable Clerk
An established businesses based in Ruislip are seeking a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This is a high volume transaction environment where accuracy and attention to detail is paramount coupled with excellent query resolution skills.
This role requires a confident self–starter who can work effectively with all areas of the business and suppliers.
This role would suit an experienced purchase ledger clerk who enjoys this area of Finance.
- Coding and processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Liaising with internal parties to resolve supplier queries
- Maintaining supplier information
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
- Supplier payment runs
