Description
- Chasing overdue invoices via phone, email and SMS
- Dealing with queries and disputes
- Liaising with the wider accountancy and sales team
- Reporting into management
- Advising customers of solutions and setting up payment plans

- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
