Assistant Management Accountant
Based in Sutton Coldfield and working as an Assistant Management Accountant.
Large Organisation with a busy and expanding Accounts team in Sutton Coldfield.
Key responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will consist of the following:
To assist in the month end process to ensure the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and management information.
To prepare designated accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis eg. vehicle hire, advertising.
To complete monthly reports on a timely basis eg. expenditure analysis
To ensure monthly memorial reconciliation reports are produced
Prepare, update and distribute donation reports on a monthly basis
To complete monthly flower reconciliations to assist in accrual process
To provide analysis of disbursement costs to prove disbursement accruals Compile, distribute and record monthly and quarterly stock and accrual packs, liaising with operational staff to resolve any stock discrepancies
To assist the Regional Management Accountant to ensure that all queries raised by operational staff are dealt with promptly and accurately
To assist in the preparation of clear graphical analysis to give a visual representation of the business and monthly performance and to allow non-financial users to understand their monthly performance
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have reconciliation experience and accruals and prepayments and will have the enthusiasm to take on more and develop in the role.
