I am working with a leading blue chip PLC in South Manchester to recruit an experienced and qualified Management Accountant.. Duties to include:
Applicants should have:
- Production of management accounts and other financial information
- balance sheet reconciliations
- Attend management meetings
- Production of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Manage a small team including performance reviews
Applicants should have:
- Have 2 years’ relevant experience of producing accurate and timely management accounts within a busy and fast moving environment
- possess a relevant professional qualification ie CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Have the personality to establish a strong working relationship with the operational management team as well as demonstrating the ability to add value by the provision of relevant commercial/business information
- Have proven people management and teamwork skills
- Possess good Systems and IT skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to travel within the UK 2 to 4 times a month
