Temporary Finance Admin - Cardiff - £8.50 - £9.50 per hour
Your new company
Your new company are a manufacturer who are based within an easily accessible part of Cardiff. They operate across 70 different countries and have around 13,000 employees globally. They are looking for a finance admin to help with covering the workload whilst a member of their team is off due to sickness for between 4 - 8 weeks.
Your new role
You will be dealing with purchase orders and posting purchase invoices on the ERP system. In addition to this you will be assisting with the more administrative duties such as setting up and checking new customers on the system, answers phone calls and emails as well as other ad hoc duties within the finance department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within an accounts assistant or similar role and be competent carrying out accounts payable and receivable duties. It is desirable that you are AAT qualified, but it is essential that you have strong written and verbal communication skills and have experience on an accounting system.
