Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct in-depth research and provide recommendation on the digital tools needed to deliver an interactive and innovative Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform which can support multiple form factors (including web, mobile web, iOS and Android);

  • To assist in creating content development plans, through deriving e-learning project specifications as well as managing milestones and production budget in terms of digital infrastructure towards on-time launches;

  • To partner with external vendors to create short sample training videos (from the initial definition to the production stage and beyond) for testing project feasibility;

  • To support the working groups of the FSDC on planning and implementing human capital development initiatives.


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in information system, computer science, financial engineering or related disciplines; back-end programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) will be an advantage;

  • At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in project, programme or product management with focus on technical education programmes, courses, and instructional design;

  • Ability to formulate proposals that balance business needs and user experience;

  • Preferably with good knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) Standards and commonly used e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline); and

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, together with strong presentation skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


    • Terms of Appointment

    Appointment will be offered on a six-month fixed term contract.
