Casual-on-call position ($32 per hr)

For over 135 years, IMB has been providing a range of highly competitive banking and financial products and services to our members through our retail, online, call centre, mobile and commercial/ business channels.
We are currently recruiting for an energetic, proactive and flexible sales and service professional looking to work for a dynamic retail bank. As a casual-on-call Sales and Service Representative, you will be providing support to our branches within the region - Nowra, Vincentia and Ulladulla.
Working in this role will appeal to you if you:
Have a genuine interest in banking and finance and want to further your skills in this industry

The key responsibilities of a Banking Sales & Service Representative role include:
Having conversations with members face to face and over the phone and helping them with their banking and insurance needs
Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
Cash handling and balancing
Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
Administrative activities.
The successful applicant will also need to have:
Experience in sales and service
A Drivers License and be happy to work at different locations from time to time.
Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a highly regulated financial environment
Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
An aptitude for technology with proficient computer and keyboard skills.
Thorough training will be provided and the successful applicant must be prepared to attend paid training for 2-3 weeks full time upon commencement including one week in Wollongong. Please note this is a casual position and as such hours will vary from week to week.
