Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Working closely with the acquisitions and finance teams on deal closing
- Working closely with the team on funding and capital call calculations
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting tasks such as reviewing monthly management accounts of SPVs, reviewing quarterly NAV, reviewing annual financial statements and Tax reporting packs
- Liaising on audits and working closely with service providers and auditors
- Preparing fund flows files for funding, repatriations and distributions
- Reviewing supporting documentation prepared by company secretaries and law firms
- Analyzing project specific costs and T&E
- Involvement in proposals on cash management and financial reporting framework for new deals
- Ah hoc tasks as and when required
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years solid accounting or finance experience
- Ideally with at least 3 years’ experience in a large public accounting firm or financial institution
- Experience in the real estate funds, asset management or private equity industries highly regarded
- Qualified accountant
- IFRS or equivalent experience is a must
- Bilingual in English/Chinese
