Head of Internal Audit, Singapore

An established regional bank with strong Asian franchise continues to grow their presence in Asia steadily with a key focus on Singapore. To meet regulatory and head office requirements, there is a Head of Internal Audit role.

Managing a team, you will spearhead the change in audit methodology and tackle the growing needs to meet the regulatory and head office changes/needs. Working closely with HQ, you will drive efficiency, speed and controls to the audit approach for the business. Whilst futureproofing the processes, you will also lead and upscale the team across different entities in Singapore and partner the business leaders to understand and manage the risk of the growing bank. This is a high-profile role with support from the Country Head/HQ to drive changes whilst identifying the gaps for improvements and growth.

You are degree qualified with relevant Internal Audit experience within Corporate banking. Knowledge of credit and corporate banking front to back processes will be preferred. You are creative, solutions oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Asian language(s) is an advantage.
