岗位职责:
• *The team is responsible for managing the portfolio migration and client on-boarding business to serve both Fund Service and Custody of HSBC Securities Services;
• *The role is responsible for overseeing the business and operational aspects of client on boarding and change projects related to Fund Administration, Fund Middle Office and Custody and be a primary liaison among the user community, the technical groups and clients for the purposes of a specific project;
• *To work with a team of business analysts and project managers to analyze or work independently to define the Fund Accounting, Fund Middle Office, and Custody business requirements, participate as a business expert in recommending and implementing solutions as well as communicating the solutions effectively to Business, Management, IT and Clients;
• *To provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, manage testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users;
• *To manage projects across various sites and regions;
• *To functionally lead a project team, and responsible for task prioritization and project schedule;
• *To ensure project team for high quality deliverables meeting the project schedule;
• *To manage UAT and IT and production support teams to ensure the delivery of system enhancements meeting user requirements and quality standards;
• *To provide regular reporting on project status to Senior Management and other stake holders with sufficient information and propose solution to address outstanding issues, as necessary to support a proactive communications environment;
• *To work with the Platform teams on the design of complex system set-up and testing on the vendor product platform;
• *To represent Project Team in stake holder meetings acting as the centralized point of contact;
• *To host and participate in management, client and prospective client meetings, workshops, reviews and presentations, as the centralized point of contact to client;
• *To develop and maintain strong relationships between operational, technical and vendor contacts;
• *To work in collaboration with the Product Team, IT and Vendor to design and plan projects which deliver new products and services, working across the portfolios and technology teams to ensure alignment and support delivery of other Portfolio objectives;
• *To monitor potential risks to HSS arising from project implementations, including risk to HSS by the revised operation and/or client and risk to the client and/or revised operation by HSS;
• *To understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy;
• *To maintain HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators;
• *To contribute to Best Practice and continuous improvement of the framework;
• *To be responsible for the development of people in project team aligned with Best Practice principles 任职资格:
• *University graduate preferably in business administration, information technology, project management or a similar discipline
• *An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the securities market and the associated market infrastructure for Fund Administration, Fund Middle Office and Custody business
• *At least 8 -10 years relevant experience in change management or migration projects in securities / fund administration / fund middle office, and at least last 2 years should be at Supervisory level
• *Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to specification at project and programme management levels
• *Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• *Evidence of excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• *Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate people
• *Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple work streams within a complex project environment
• *Ability to lead project resources across the business to meet deadlines & drive solutions
• *Good relationship management skills - able to engage with and gain confidence of others and maximize their contribution to the process
• *Experience in building and executing business focused client on-boarding and migration strategies
• *General awareness of business, regulatory and technology change within investment management is essential
• *Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content
• *Must be able to work effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders across HSS divisions
• *A self-starter who takes accountability and ownership for coordinating and planning key activities
• *Strong problem solving skills and able to perform under pressure
• *Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize effectively
• *Must have an organized and structured approach to work and strong project discipline with regards to documentation / traceability
