- Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance
- Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies
- Provide effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers in their respective teams
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant
- Experienced finance business partner
- Experience working in financial services
- Probven experience of building strong relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues
