They are now looking for an ACA qualified Finance Manager to join the team and business partner the heads of departments and work closely with the FD.

The role responsibilities will include;
- Support the Head of Finance to ensure Management Accounts are delivered quickly each month
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
- Analysing change and creating and monitoring departmental budgets
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Analysing competitors and market trends
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

- Overseeing operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
