Corporate Accountant, Insurance | Recently Qualified ACA

The focus of my client is to provide insurance solutions globally; leading the market through their people, culture, expertise and passion. They are looking to hire a bright, ambitious ACA who shares those values to work with the rest of their high-performing finance team. Based in their London offices your role will be pivotal to supporting the European operations of the group. You will take ownership of group accounting, reporting and taxation specifically; Group reporting - Complete the required reporting for the group on a quarterly basis including variance analysis on expenses Prepare and discuss quarterly expense variance analysis with budget holders Prepare and manage the preparation of the year-end accounts for the London and Dublin entities Manage the preparation of the monthly bank reconciliations for the London/Dublin entities Manage/Perform monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts for the London entities Syndicate Quarterly Reporting (QMA) Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes Ad hoc responsibilities as required The successful candidate will be ACA qualified, either from the big4 or a mid-tier practice. You will be a team-player and someone who thrives in a broad role that can change day to day. Remuneration will be in the region of £50,000 to £55,000 with excellent bonus potential and other benefits.
