Description Job Title Sales Finance Process & Control Manager Job Location Chennai The team has responsibility for a number of key financial performances reporting to senior management. These include the following Daily Markets Flash reporting to Sr. Stakeholders Revenue reporting to Markets ExCO Monthly performance deck which includes Revenue, Costs, HC, Capital, RWA & LBS details for Markets businesses Support as an FBP for Markets & submission of Costs to group Key responsible for adhoc & queries relating to Markets What will you be doing? Prepare extensive MIS reports for various business verticals within markets Handle market data/revenue/P&L forecasting/analysis Perform headcount analysis Liaise and coordinate with different COOs across regions Prepare monthly business metrics pack Prepare presentation docs for COOs across regions Interact with COOs and various product heads in different regions to work on multiple projects Escalate issues to issue owners/regional COOs in a timely manner Prepare on demand/ad hoc MIS reports Work to automate the existing reports. Acts as a role model, visibly and consistently behaving in ways that reinforce culture What were looking for Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA,MBA) or similar qualification or degree Strong on control awareness. A confident and articulate self-starter with the ability to cope with the demands of working to tight deadlines. Strong team player who will make a contribution outside of their remit Sound knowledge around MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc). Preferred knowledge on Business objects, SAP Skills that will help you in the role Knowledge in investment banking/capital markets Ability to handle work with multiple/global stakeholders Any programming, VBA knowledge would be a plus Where will you be working?
