Accounts Payable Clerk
Accounts Payable Clerk – Global Leading Retailer – Temp to Perm – Middlesex
Salary: GBP12–14 per hour
An opportunity has arisen within a market leading FMCG organisation for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Accurately match, batch and code purchase orders using SAP
- Process employee reports in accordance with established payment terms
- Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Reconcile supplier accounts on a regular basis and resolve anomalies and discrepancies
- Assist in the processing of company credit card returns, ensuring VAT is correctly accounted for
- Supplier statement reconciliations
