A Management Accountant role is being recruited for a successful manufacturing business based in Wirral to join their on-site accountancy team.

Description
As Management Accountant your role will be to provide financial support to the factory in delivering key objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing weekly and monthly reports including KPIs
- Assisting in the budgeting process for various operational managers
- Weekly and monthly forecasting
- Product and standard costings
- Stock control and accounting
- Preparing key MI reports both financial and non-financial
- Labour and yield analysis
- Variance analysis
- Driving cost reduction initiatives
Profile
As Management Accountant, you must meet the following criteria:
- CIMA/ACCA part qualified
- Similar experience in a finance role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- A background in manufacturing would be ideal
- Strong communication skills and able to build relationships, particularly with non-finance stakeholders
