The company provides accounts, VAT and bookkeeping services to a variety of clients.
You will be involved in the following areas:
- Preparation of Bookkeeping Records including Sales, Purchases, Bank
- Creditors/Debtors/Bank Reconciliations
- Completion of vat returns/ VAT RTD
- Completion of other statutory returns as required by the industry the client is in
- Weekly and Monthly payroll processing
- Filing of Various tax returns through ROS
- Completion of end of year financial statements and management reports
- Completion of management accounts
- The role will involve communicating with clients, liaising with other departments including tax compliance, company secretarial and payroll teams and working well with others in the outsourcing team.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 year's accounts and payroll experience
- Accounting Technician
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in spoken and written English
