Renault Bolton has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Accountant to join our Regional Accounts team to be based at our Bolton dealership (BL3) with occasional travel to our Manchester dealership (M3).

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in finance. Full support and coaching will be given to the successful candidate with the possibility of AAT formal training

Duties include processing invoices, credit notes and staff bonuses, reconciling our monthly balances with manufacturers, daily posting of statements, preparing the daily banking, reconciling cash sheets and posting on to the finance system, bank reconciliations, and accounting for petty cash.

The successful candidate will have:

• Current experience as an Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, Assistant Accountant or Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience in handling finance / accounting systems
• A full clean driving licence

Working Pattern

The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
