NOW Careers are recruiting an organisation based in Caerphilly for a TEMP role until May 2019. This is a Credit control role the benefits include free onsite parking. You will have great interpersonal skills with great IT skills including a high level of Excel and you will have previous Credit Control experience.
You will be looking after investment in its debtors as well as maintaining the lowest level of receivables by maximising cash collections and minimising bad debt. Protect the investment in debtors and improve the return by achieving the agreed level of Days Sales Outstanding and the planned level of cash by meeting targets and reporting results to senior management.
Proven record to keep within acceptable levels of bad debts by identifying high risk or marginal accounts and taking whatever action is necessary to safeguard sales to those customers.
The salary on offer is up to £20,000 you'll need to have some previous experience working as a Credit Controller and have excellent IT Skills and good communication skills.

- Carry out collections activities as defined in the credit policy.
- Manage and control a portfolio of customer accounts
- Communicate directly with customers via telephone, email, fax and post to ensure that they pay to agreed contractual credit terms
- Ensure that cash targets are achieved or exceeded
- Keep the Credit & Collections Team Leader informed of any issues that may affect the performance of the Department
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise
