Bookkeeper

Financial Technician/Bookkeeper required for Irish-owned Multinational based in South Dublin Your new company Your new company is an Irish-owned multinational organisation with a presence in 12 countries across the world. They have 4000 staff across their offices and an annual turnover of €400 million. They are looking for a Financial Technician to join their Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. The company is going from strength to strength and business has tripled in the past 3 years, with no signs of slowing down into 2017. Your new role You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller, maintaining the accounting records for three Group holding companies, bank reconciliations, VAT returns and various other ad hoc duties to assist in the smooth running of the Finance function. As this is a small team, you will be exposed to various other elements of the Finance team, making this an excellent learning ground to further your professional development. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, have a relevant Accounting Technician qualification or be actively pursuing an ACCA qualification or similar. You will be an ambitious and proactive team player who isn't afraid of a challenge. Strong numeracy skills are essential and experience with Quickbooks is preferable.
