The mortgage marketing team within Aldermore is an exciting and fast paced place to work. The Aldermore mortgage marketing team are responsible for our specialist lending brand in the mortgage market delivering business to business marketing to intermediaries, including campaigns, digital and social media, key account marketing, events and content, direct to customer digital marketing, as well as the very best existing customer communication and contact strategies. The Role

The high profile role of Senior Marketing Manager is for one of the fastest growing lenders in the UK. Supporting the Head of Marketing and Propositions this key role is at the forefront of our brand in the mortgage market, developing, creating and delivering all campaign and communications plans to meet the mortgage business targets whilst nurturing and managing the marketing executives in the team. This role requires previous financial services marketing experience, excellent planning skills, good budget management, agency management and new proposition launch experience as well as an in depth understanding of financial services sign off processes within a highly regulated environment, great stakeholder management skills for internal and external relationships and the ability to understand and evaluate success quickly.

The Person
  • Strong people management experience
  • Strong understanding of all current marketing practices, including digital and non-digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice.
  • Experience of managing marketing plans within financial services or their service led brands
  • A proven record I delivering results
  • Experience of planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Experience of managing agencies and know how to get the best from them
  • Understanding of intermediaries in driving new business

  • Graduate
  • Marketing qualifications - CIM/IDM/Google Squared (Desirable)
