About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

As an Account Services Team Lead, you are responsible for managing a team of Account Officers to support and improve the portfolio of our Wealth Banking business. The team is to render excellent services to our customers to increase their AUM.
The role is required to oversee a team of individuals to conduct service calls to our mass affluent and/or high-net-worth customers. Has the ability to lead the team to retain customers, increase customers' AUM and refer potential customers to the Personal Bankers or Relationship Managers to achieve the team's monthly targets and KPIs.
