Aston Carter are partnering with a market leading Financial Services Provider in search for dedicated Customer Service Professionals. The role will focus on providing an exceptional customer service experience to the Group's vast clientele base and requires an ability to quickly build lasting rapport.

Reporting to the Policy Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Diligently handling an array of customer queries with a high level of service
  • Articulating the policy process and addressing any relevant customer concerns
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes in order to enhance the service provided to the customer
  • Liaising with relevant external stakeholders to ensure that your customers are informed and satisfied with their policy
  • Handling customer issues and ensuring that sensitive matters are escalated to the relevant leader

This position is best suited to ambitious, customer driven individuals who possess an exceptional level of customer centricity. Ideally you will have experience in a high-volume environment with experience in consistently meeting performance benchmarks.
