North China Operation Finance Director This is a regional finance leader position supporting north China market VP. This person will act as a business partner help drive business volume and fundamental finance practices.Client DetailsOur client is a multinational company with decades of operating history. With headquarter in Shanghai, they operate via regional split where north China region is one of the largest geographic areas with over 10 legal entities. They are welcoming a strong finance professional to support their north China operation, acting as a business partner drive their business growing.DescriptionThis person lead over 15 people with key responsibilities as below:- Planning and cascade north China targets to branches and drive target achievement;
- operational controlling;
- Conduct monthly EBIT forecast and analysis by branches;
- Support north China VP to control commercial and financial risks and drive for healthy business growth;
- Manage branch finance team including performance review;
training/coaching;
and talent development to support branch finance operation;
- Lead AR drumbeat;
manage local taxation;
- Fulfil ad hoc projects as per requiredProfileThe successful candidates need to have successful experience in operations-oriented finance roles;
and ambitious to further grow within finance and operation role. He or She needs to have a minimum of 9 years working experience ideally in project controlling positions. SAP knowledge and great English are expected;
excellent leadership skills with strong adaptation to fast changing environment.Job OfferThis is a regional head of finance position meaning you will cover regional P&L and support CEO/VP directly.
