Your new company
We are currently working with a global, highly reputable organisation based in central Oxford who are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Analyst to join them on an interim basis, initially for a 6 month period.

Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing the entire UK Operational HR function for the business. This will involve process mapping, planning, presenting on findings and and then implementing these changes. You will be required to liaise regularly with senior management and communicate with the wider global business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will have had proven experience in delivering the review, analysis and implementation of new processes with a large scale HR environment. You will be able to work methodically and have exceptional communication skills.
